1.Definitions

  • “Organizer”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to Pharma Connect.
  • “Participant”, “You”, “Your” refer to any individual or entity accessing the website or registering for an event.
  • “Event” refers to conferences, workshops, networking sessions, webinars, or programs organized by Pharma Connect.
  • “Website” refers to pharmaconnect.co.in and associated pages.

2. Eligibility

Participation in Pharma Connect events may be subject to eligibility criteria based on role, experience, sector, or application review.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
  • Pharma Connect reserves the right to verify eligibility and approve or reject registrations at its sole discretion.
  • If a registered participant is found not eligible, the registration fee will be fully refunded (see Section 6: Refunds).

3. Registration & Confirmation

  • Event registration is confirmed only upon successful payment and acknowledgment received from Pharma Connect or the payment gateway.
  • Submitting a registration form does not guarantee participation until confirmed.
  • Registrations are non-transferable, unless specifically approved by Pharma Connect.

4. Fees, Payments & Taxes

  • Certain events may require a registration or participation fee.
  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway.
  • We do not collect, store, or process card, UPI, or banking credentials directly.
  • Taxes (if applicable) will be added as per Indian law.
  • By initiating payment, you agree to Razorpay’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Replacements

Refunds Issued By Pharma Connect

A 100% refund will be provided if:

  • A 100% refund will be provided if the participant is deemed not eligible for the event after verification.
  • A 100% refund will be provided if the event is canceled by Pharma Connect.
Participant-Initiated Cancellation
  • Requests must be emailed to info@pharmaconnect.co.in.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed for voluntary cancellations and may depend on event timelines and commitments.
  • Processing fees or payment gateway charges may be deducted.
No Refund If:
  • The participant does not attend the event.
  • Incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information was provided during registration.
  • Failure to comply with event guidelines results in denied entry.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.

6. Event Changes, Postponement & Force Majeure

Pharma Connect may modify event speakers, schedule, format, venue, or capacity without prior notice.

We are not liable for changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemic-related disruptions
  • Technical failures
  • Strikes or civil disturbances
In such cases, events may be rescheduled — refunds will be handled per Section 5.

7. Participant Conduct

By attending the event, you agree to:

  • Maintain professional and respectful behavior.
  • Follow event, venue, security, and community guidelines.
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, solicitation, or unauthorized marketing.
Pharma Connect reserves the right to remove any participant violating these standards without refund.

8. Photography, Videography & Media Usage

Events may be recorded, photographed, or livestreamed.

By attending, you grant Pharma Connect the right (without compensation) to:

  • Capture, use, store, publish, or distribute event photos, testimonials, or video recordings featuring you.
  • Use such media for marketing, archival, or promotional purposes (digital or print).
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform us in writing before the event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate.

9. Intellectual Property

All event content — including presentations, videos, training material, documents, brand assets, logos, and website content — is the exclusive property of Pharma Connect or respective speakers/partners.

Participants may not:
  • Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, or publicly display any event material.
  • Record sessions without written permission.
  • Personal note-taking is permitted.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • Pharma Connect is not responsible for losses arising from technical failures, internet issues, travel expenses, schedule changes, or third-party actions.
  • Participation decisions, networking outcomes, business discussions, or investment conversations are solely at the participant’s discretion.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the event registration fee paid.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website or event communications may include links to third-party websites or platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or security practices.

12. Changes to These Terms

Pharma Connect may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use signifies acceptance.

13.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
